Oriental Cupping
This deeply relaxing and classical treatment includes Massage Therapy to ascertain problem areas in the individual. Cupping is a traditional therapy, performed by introducing heat into glass cups & placed on the skin. The vacuum created produces a suction effect that has the ability to move vital energy & correct internal imbalances. The glass cups are applied with varying pressure to rebalance the body and relax tight muscles.

Lauren Tabor is a qualified and successful Holistic and Natural Healthcare Practitioner - a Remedial Massage Therapist and Beauty Therapist, with over 16 years’ practical experience and an active member of Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT), has been member of Advanced Association of Beauty Therapists (AABTh) and Australasian Spa Association (ASPA). Previous experience includes working alongside a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist) and Beauty Therapists.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science-Nursing, Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy, Diploma of Beauty Therapy and several additional Certificate courses, including Cupping, Ear Candling, Stretching, Exercise and Nutrition.
For your peace of mind, the highest health and hygiene standards are practised. Where necessary, disposable items are used. Premises are fully air-conditioned and heated, with bathroom facilities.
